Refund Policy

At SSN Homes, we take pride in the quality and transparency of our services. However, due to the customized and project-based nature of our work, our refund policy is governed by the following terms:

1. Service Payments

All payments made for construction, interior, or other services are based on mutually agreed terms outlined in the project proposal or contract.

2. Refund Eligibility
  • Before project commencement: If a project is canceled before any work or procurement begins, a partial refund (after deducting administrative and consultation charges) may be processed.
  • After work initiation: Once material procurement, design, or construction work has begun, refunds are not applicable.
  • In case of delay or dissatisfaction: We address concerns through revisions, additional support, or alternative solutions rather than refunds.
3. Advance Payments

Advance payments made for design, site visit, or consultation services are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Mode of Refund

Eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
